Veronica is passionate about developing science and socio-emotional development curriculum that will empower her students to think critically and act kindly. Her experience teaching in the outdoors includes designing nature programing for a residential Girl Scout Summer camp, facilitating 4 hour, scientific field studies at Brightwater Center in Woodinville, WA, teaching marine science and team building on a 62’ sailboat in the Salish Sea and working with 4th, 5th, and 6th grade students to learn about community and environmental stewardship at IslandWood on Bainbridge Island.
